A new Sunflower Farmer's Market was opening in Littleton. Sunflower Market is like a smaller, more personal Whole Foods. The day of their grand opening they were giving a bag full of groceries to the first 200 customers. A friend, Melissa Methvin, got a group of us together to go try for the prize!
We met at 5:45 am and planned to be there by 6:00, the doors opened at 7:00. We got there just in time. They were handing out numbers to keep the crowd under control. I was number 179! They also handed us a large sunflower.
They actually opened the doors at about 6:20-6:30, and we were all home by 7:00 am. There was a few ladies that camped out. The first lady in line won a bike! It also happened to be her birthday! Good for her--
Here are some pictures of the loot!
