So as most of you know Coleman and I were able to go to Hawaii! Yeah--it is kind of hard for us to believe too!

Some of our best freinds from BYU now live in Kauai, Hawaii and invited us to come visit. While at BYU as a married couple we became great friends with the Edwards (now live in Hawaii) and the Varneys (live in WA state). The Varneys and us decided to go together and have a VEM reunion. Who knows exactly when it started, but we began referring to our friendship as the VEM (V-Varney E-Edwards M-Miller). So we left our kids with grandparents and off we went to Hawaii!

We arrived Thursday afternoon with Karen & Brady meeting us at the airport with beautiful Leis! We went straight to their place to take a few pictures, grab lunch stuff, change, and head to the beach!

Here is the Varney's (Aaron & Julie) with us in the Edwards' (Brady & Karen) backyard with our leis!

*The boys were very eager to get into the water and try their hands (or bodies) at boogie boarding!

Looks amazing! I was wondering who Coleman had his arm around in that first picture!! I had no idea your hair was so different... Super cute!
That sign is only famous because lots of places have similar signs. Does that make sense?
We loved the excitement of the first day!
Did we really go to Hawaii? It seems like just a dream now. A phenomenal dream. Good thing we have pictures to prove it. Thanks for the great time!
Roni,
This is Carol (your stepsis). Please call Dottie because your Dad wants you to know about what's going on with Carla. Add her to your prayer list please. This is the only way we know how to get a hold of you right now.
