Easter Egg Derby 2008

This year we had the youngest participants ever to take part in the Miller's Easter Egg Derby--2 year old Makadie and 4 year old Isaac. We jokes at the beginning that it would be funny in Makadie and Isaac made it to the championship round!

Well I guess beginners luck was at the party because Makadie and Isaac made it to the championship game! The final was between Basketball and Blue Scribbles.

In true March Madness spirit Basketball took it!

Here is a picture of the Eggs that were entered into the derby this year! Sorry we did not get more of the event but we were hurrying to get going so that we could eat--we were all getting pretty hungry for Easter Egg Salad Sandwiches--and since that requires cracking some Derby Eggs we got cracking!
