Timber!!

Saturday March 22nd was a busy day! Besides hosting the Easter Egg Derby, going on an Easter Egg Hunt, babysitting five boys between the ages of 2-3, we decided to take down the dead pine tree in the backyard. Coleman whacked off the branches as he climbed up the tree. We then tied a rope to it and cut a wedge on the opposite side of the trunk that we wanted the tree to fall. Roni pulled the rope hard while Coleman sawed into the wedge. Luckily it came down just fine and missed the power line and house!
