On Deck of USS Alabama

It was neat to be on deck too! Coleman was amazing carrying Makadie all day. Grandma and I were usually a few steps behind them. Sometimes they would get out of our site. They could not hide from us though--every little bit Makadie would babble, blow bubbles, laugh, and make other cute noises--so we always knew where they were.


Were were able to climb pretty high up. We think that it was to the bottom of those 3 flags hanging towards the top. Grandma did not want to do all those tiny stairs at the top-- so she waited for us to go up and up and up and up. It was fun to look over the edge down at her and wave.

Just chillin' and taking a touring break! Makadie was pretty tired by the end of the tour. We ate lunch in the snack bar. We put Makadie in her car seat and she was asleep before the food came.
